Rhetorics of Digital Media

My primary research combines rhetorical theory, technology, and culture.  To that end, I produce experimental projects testing the boundaries of communication and its role in emerging digital media technologies. Ultimately, I teach students how rhetorical invention and delivery are critical components in developing an online presence as well as develop influential productions such as virtual maps, video games, and marketing videos.

Digital Production

Besides teaching students how to effectively engage their online communities, and researching the dynamics of digital communication, my future work revovles around technological media production, such as the role of DRONES and visual communication, and how it can help us understand the origins of poeisis.  I'm also a media producer, designing professional promo reels, training videos, and short documentaries.
